There are plenty of laptop-friendly cafes in Canggu, which makes sense for one of Baliโs biggest digital nomad hubs. But Canggu can also get busy, and the traffic definitely doesnโt help.
When I wanted somewhere quieter to sit down with my laptop and actually get some work done, these were three cafรฉs I liked.
All three have Wi-Fi, power outlets, and food, but each has a pretty different vibe.
Laptop-Friendly Cafes in Canggu
1. Little Brew Bali

๐ Jl. Babadan, Pererenan, Kec. Mengwi, Kabupaten Badung, Bali 80351, Indonesia
๐ Hours: Daily, 7 AM to 9 PM
๐ฟ Vibe: Quiet, with rice field views
๐ถ Wi-Fi & outlets: Wi-Fi available; outlets along the walls
๐ฅช Food: Coffee, sandwiches, brunch
๐ Good to know: Limited outdoor seating and a little out of the way from central Canggu

Little Brew is in Pererenan, just outside the busier parts of Canggu.
Itโs not right in the middle of Pererenan either, which was actually one of the things I liked about it.
Every time I went, it was fairly quiet and easy to settle in with my laptop without too much going on around me.

The big windows overlooking the rice fields are a nice bonus too. ๐พ
The food was solid overall, but my favorite was the brioche French toast in the photo.

Definitely worth trying if youโre there for breakfast or brunch. ๐๐ฏ
The outdoor area near the entrance is pretty small, and the location may not be the most convenient if youโre staying in central Canggu.
I didnโt have any trouble getting a scooter ride to or from the cafรฉ, though.
2. Koast Cafe

๐ Jl. Pantai Batu Mejan No.2, Canggu, Kec. Kuta Utara, Kabupaten Badung, Bali, Indonesia
๐ Hours: 9 AM to 6 PM, closed Mondays
๐ฟ Vibe: Laid-back outdoor cafรฉ with a small pool
๐ถ Wi-Fi & outlets: Wi-Fi available; outlets around the indoor seating area
๐ฅช Food: Coffee, brunch, salads, pasta, burgers, rice dishes, and more
๐ Good to know: No air conditioning
Koast Cafe is tucked away just off one of Cangguโs main roads, about a 6-minute walk from Echo Beach and less than a 3-minute walk from La Brisa.
Itโs a cute outdoor cafรฉ with a small pool, plenty of greenery, and both outdoor and covered seating.

I liked that I could get some work done and then take a break by the pool without going anywhere else.
Even when youโre just sitting with your laptop, all the greenery makes it a pretty relaxing place to spend a few hours.
Thereโs a good range of food on the menu, and I especially liked the coffee here.
The main downside is the heat. There are fans in the covered area, but no air conditioning, so it can get a little warm depending on the time of day.
3. NOAH Cafe

๐ Jl. Pantai Pererenan No.60, Pererenan, Kec. Mengwi, Kabupaten Badung, Bali 80351, Indonesia
๐ Hours: Daily, 7 AM to 10 PM
๐ฟ Vibe: Two-story cafรฉ with indoor and outdoor seating
๐ถ Wi-Fi & outlets: Wi-Fi available; outlets on tables and around the seating areas
๐ฅช Food: Brunch, burgers, pasta, and more
๐ Good to know: Air-conditioned seating is limited to the indoor area downstairs

NOAH Cafe is a two-story cafรฉ right on Jl. Pantai Pererenan, one of the main roads through Pererenan.

Downstairs, thereโs both indoor and outdoor seating.
The indoor section has air conditioning, which made it one of the more comfortable options when I wanted to work somewhere cool.
The food was another reason I liked it. Thereโs plenty to choose from, and everything I tried was good.

They also often run food promotions on weekdays and weekends, so it can be a pretty good-value place to grab something to eat while you work.
The dishes included in the promotions seem to change from time to time, so Iโd check whatโs available when you visit.

Upstairs is completely open-air, with outlets either on the tables or near the seats.
If air conditioning is important to you, keep in mind that the only air-conditioned seats are downstairs, so space can sometimes be limited.
Which one would I choose?
All three worked well for different reasons.
Little Brew was my pick when I wanted somewhere quiet with a rice field view.
Koast was better for a relaxed work-and-pool kind of afternoon, while NOAH was the most comfortable when I wanted air conditioning and a proper meal while working.

Canggu can be hectic, and sometimes you just need somewhere to open your laptop, get a few things done, and escape the traffic for a while.
